ADHD Testing
ADHD Testing
We offer computerized ADHD testing that can be done remotely. Alongside a clinical assessment from your provider, ADHD testing can help confirm the diagnosis. This service is provided through Creyos.

Why ADHD testing through Creyos?
It uses digitized cognitive tasks, that feel like playing mini-games, to measure memory, concentration, verbal ability, and reasoning. These game-like activities can be paired with sets of questions for you to share how you feel day to day. Your scores give your provider a clearer picture of what’s happening in your brain, helping them provide the best care for you.

Who qualifies for testing?
Our providers may recommend Creyos depending on presentation of symptoms; however, it may not be appropriate for everyone. It can be used effectively in ages 6 and up.
If you are not currently a client, we can provide access to the test and then evaluate your results. This can then be shared with your primary care provider.

How much does the testing cost?
The test costs $200 out-of-pocket. Our office will send you an invoice and once paid, you will receive an email from Creyos is directions and the link for the testing.

Your provider has recommended a Creyos, what should you expect?
Your healthcare provider will give you access to the assessment, either on a tablet or computer during your appointment, or by sending you a link to complete it on your own device. Make sure you’re in a quiet spot with a good internet connection where you can complete the assessment without any interruption. Remember to silence your notifications to stay focused! The assessment will take about 20 minutes and will take you through five tasks and a questionnaire. Each task starts with a tutorial and a practice round so you can learn how it works and try it out first. When you’re finished, your results will be shared with your health care provider, who will use them
to better understand how your brain is working and create a plan for you.
